Firefly Burger started in 2011 in the heart of Jabal Amman, built on a love of travel and an obsession with the perfect burger. Garfield, New Jersey is our 77th location.

That's our motto, and it's the standard every burger is held to. The ingredients and the sauces have to earn their place on the tray.
The signature: cheese-injected
Our cheese-injected burgers aren't a gimmick, they're how we make a burger. A sauce-filled pipette comes with your order so you can add the finish yourself.
The smoke station moment
Then comes the smoke. We lift an acrylic dome at your table and let it roll out over the burger.
